Plain Jane
Half-pound burger on a bun. Add cheese or cherry wood smoked bacon for a small charge.
The Italian Job
Patty with melted mozzarella cheese, bruschetta topping, and a drizzle of herbed garlic oil. Served on garlic bread with a side of San Marzano tomato sauce for dipping.
He's Heating Up
Burger with serrano and jalapeño cream cheese, pico de gallo, and a roasted tomatillo habanero salsa. This burger is on fire.
Green Bean Salad
Fresh green beans, shallots, cherry tomatoes, and basil tossed in an Italian dressing.
Duck Fries
Oven Roasted Yukon Gold potatoes that are finished in duck fat and dusted with parmesan romano cheese and Italian Parsley.
Corn Casserole
Sweet corn, butter, sour cream, and Jiffy baked golden and served with honey butter.
S’mores Cupcakes
Chocolate cupcake with marshmallow filling that's topped with chocolate frosting, crushed graham crackers, and a Toasted marshmallow.
